Supply Chain Buyer

About the role

Join a cutting-edge Medical Device company dedicated to solving unfulfilled clinical needs, located in King of Prussia, PA. This is a fully on-site position.

Responsibilities

• Ensure supply continuity through review and management.
• Review and analyze purchase requisitions, partner directly with manufacturers, and ensure items are delivered on-Time-In-Full.
• Create, update, and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely placement and follow-through to resolution so that materials and services are available to meet sales demand.
• Handle supplier communication and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of related purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience.
• High proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, with the ability to collect and review data, establish facts, and solve problems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or related field.

Pay

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000.
