Supply Chain Business Analyst
About the Role
The Supply Chain Business Analyst will support high-impact business process delivery within the CM&T sector. The primary mission focuses on driving end-to-end supply chain visibility, pOTD operations, and project funding optimization while designing scalable, future-state process improvements to reduce legacy dependencies and manual overhead.
Responsibilities
- Monitor upcoming deliveries, capture risks, establish mitigation plans for late deliveries, and manage pOTD override tracking and metrics.
- Prepare weekly OTD Live Summary slides and Escalation L1 metrics while maintaining real-time dashboards for demand and delivery visibility.
- Collaborate with Materials Managers (MMs) and Supply Chain Program Managers (SCPMs) to resolve missing commits and align on delivery timelines.
- Manage project funding, process clawback funds, create Financial Documents (FDs) in eBuilder, and maintain the Project Funding Tracker and PFR reporting.
- Gather and document business requirements, design future-state processes, and drive system improvements to streamline daily operations.
- Extract, transform, and validate supply chain data using SQL while supporting process automation initiatives.

- 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain / pOTD Operations
- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
- 8+ years of experience in SQL & Data Management

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a senior-level Supply Chain Business Analyst with 8+ years of hands-on experience in operational metrics tracking, SQL data management, and process delivery. They should possess exceptional stakeholder management abilities, a deep understanding of supply chain logistics/pOTD management, and a track record of driving process automation and financial tracker coordination.
