Responsibilities
- Technical Project Management Skills: Scope Development, Bid Response Evaluation, Schedule and Execution Planning, Construction Supervision, Budget and Cost Management
- Able to balance competing priorities, develop metrics for decision making, and partner with local field leaders to correctly prioritize and scope Facility Maintenance projects
- Develops conceptual scopes and charters for new projects, demonstrates strong cost management skills, manages, communicates, and mitigates project risks, builds and leverages external connections to technology, vendors, and equipment suppliers to identify new innovations and optimize current technologies
- Supports and encourages knowledge development of peers and partners, ensures installation and construction standards are followed, leads continuous improvement and lessons learned processes, reviews proposals and engineering designs and validates accuracy, qualifies new contractors for critical areas of the business
Qualifications
- 7+ years relevant experience
- Prior Facility Maintenance experience preferred with focus on building elements
- BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering
- Project management capabilities with experience in managing projects
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate well with cross functional partners, field, and senior leadership
- Ability to manage multiple projects, accelerated timelines, and competing priorities
- High levels of collaboration and influence skills
- Technical curiosity with a desire to continuously learn
- Technical Writing Experience
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
