Supply Chain Analyst (Must Live in Colorado)

About the role

The Supply Chain Analyst will serve as the intermediary between the Supply Chain Value Stream—clinical departments, vendors, the Purchasing Department, Receiving, Distribution, and Accounts Payable—and the ERP—Infor Cloudsuite. The Analyst role has two distinct elements of concentration—analysis and production within the ERP on behalf of the Supply Chain Value Stream and building improvement routines within the Value Stream. To be most effective, this team member will actively seek out waste in the process and be comfortable with experimentation, process improvement methodologies, and ERP operations. This Analyst position will report to the Director of Supply Chain and will comprise ½ of the Supply Chain Analyst team.

Responsibilities

• Seek to document and optimize all aspects of the Supply Chain department by focusing on the interplay between DHHA’s ERP, Infor Cloudsuite, and its interaction between business owners, operators, and the users of that system (25%)
• Identify and analyze areas of significant opportunity, within the Supply Chain Value Stream, to address significant opportunities in areas including Clinical Inventory Access, Purchasing, Vendor Set-ups, Receiving, Distribution, and Accounts Payable (15%)
• Review, analyze, and report on Supply Chain data on behalf of departments, leadership, and improvement activities (10%)
• Act as a Supply Chain subject matter expert
