Supply Chain Analyst IV

itD is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst IV to support global supply planning and asset management for a portfolio of consumer technology products. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in supply chain planning, inventory operations, data analysis, and planning systems, with a track record of analyzing supply and freight data, identifying discrepancies, and driving timely resolutions across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Review inbound freight and inventory information to accurately track supply receipts across distribution centers.
- Coordinate weekly purchase order releases and troubleshoot supply-related issues in a timely manner.
- Analyze inbound freight reports and supply projections to update daily allocation of available supply across demand channels.
- Coordinate the scheduled upload of supply allocations and factory commitments into enterprise planning systems.
- Analyze inventory, freight, and supply planning data to identify discrepancies, develop insights, and recommend appropriate resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Supply Planning, Freight, Procurement, and Customer Experience teams, to support supply planning activities.
- Document existing processes and identify opportunities to streamline and improve supply chain planning operations.
- Attend regular internal practice community meetings and collaborate with the itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
- Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
- Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
- Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
- Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with related experience in a similar role or function.
- Experience in general supply chain, particularly inventory operations and supply planning/supply chain planning.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including the ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends and discrepancies, and make recommendations.
- Experience working with supply planning or supply chain planning systems.
- Experience analyzing inventory, freight, and supply-related reports.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple cross-functional teams.
- Experience with MS Office Suite and G Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with E2Open or similar supply planning/planning systems.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems.
- Previous experience supporting supply planning for consumer technology or product portfolios.
- Previous experience working in a Big Tech environment.
