Supply Chain Analyst (HQ), Import and Wholesale

What You’ll Do

• Oversees and manages assigned project and/or departments data, ensuring it meets predetermined contractual or policy requirements
• Conducts data entry and data management for various department projects
• Aids in the development of training materials such as manuals, handbooks, presentations, workflows, and project plans
• Communicates with internal and external departments to ensure accurate delivery of product
• Understands the objective and impact of projects on the business and proposes solutions if necessary
• Liaises with internal and external teams to source relevant data
• Processes mapping and documentation of import & domestic processes
• Aids in the development of manuals, handbooks, reports, presentations, and project plans
• Updates and maintains department's KPIs
• Prepares data for 4-Eye release principle
• Understands relevant import and customs regulations in detail and acts accordingly
• Escalates issues proactively to the manager in a timely manner
• Manages ordering and ranges of assigned product group
• Oversees warehouse operations and outbound processes
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Ability to work independently

Required Education, Certifications/Licenses, Related Experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-3 years of experience in a related field
• In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field

Physical Job Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
