What You’ll Do
- Oversees and manages assigned project and/or departments data, ensuring it meets predetermined contractual or policy requirements
- Conducts data entry and data management for various department projects
- Aids in the development of training materials such as manuals, handbooks, presentations, workflows, and project plans
- Communicates with internal and external departments to ensure accurate delivery of product
- Understands the objective and impact of projects on the business and proposes solutions if necessary
- Liaises with internal and external teams to source relevant data
- Processes mapping and documentation of import & domestic processes
- Aids in the development of manuals, handbooks, reports, presentations, and project plans
- Updates and maintains department's KPIs
- Prepares data for 4-Eye release principle
- Understands relevant import and customs regulations in detail and acts accordingly
- Escalates issues proactively to the manager in a timely manner
- Manages ordering and ranges of assigned product group
- Oversees warehouse operations and outbound processes
- Performs other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to work independently
Required Education, Certifications/Licenses, Related Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years of experience in a related field
- In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field
Physical Job Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
