Salary: Minimum $47,396.00

Major Duties

• Oversee end to end inbound shipping operations from vendor origin through delivery to distribution centers and/or stores, ensuring seamless product flow
• Maintain on time, efficient movement of goods by monitoring shipment performance, identifying delays or service failures, and resolving exceptions
• Analyze inbound logistics data to improve visibility, identify operational gaps, and strengthen vendor accountability
• Evaluate systemic inefficiencies impacting inbound performance and escalate findings to senior analysts to support resolution and corrective actions
• Monitor vendor KPIs and compliance with shipping requirements, identifying, and addressing performance gaps
• Resolve issues impacting service quality, accuracy, and on time delivery by collaborating directly with vendors and carriers
• Partner with Transportation, PAR, Distribution Centers, Retail Operations, external vendors, and carriers to support seamless inbound operations
• Coordinate communication across internal and external stakeholders to resolve service issues and optimize processes
