Job Summary & Responsibilities
Fulfillment Metrics & Analysis:
- Own and manage key fulfillment KPIs (e.g., On-Time-In-Full, fill rate, backlog, promise adherence).
- Manage miss analysis data from the fields and identify root causes of global fulfillment gaps across demand, supply, inventory, and execution.
- Develop recurring and ad-hoc reporting to highlight trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Planning, Procurement, Operations, Logistics) to drive corrective actions.
Inventory Analytics & Trend Monitoring:
- Track, monitor, and analyze inventory trends, including receipts, consumption, transfers, holds, reserves, and write-offs.
- Provide visibility into inventory ins and outs across the supply chain, ensuring data integrity and alignment to business realities.
- Identify risk areas related to slow-moving, aged, or imbalanced inventory.
- Support inventory optimization initiatives to balance service, cost, and working capital.
E&O (Excess & Obsolete) Reserve Analytics:
- Manage analytics supporting E&O reserve calculations, including excess exposure, obsolescence risk, and aging profiles.
- Partner with Finance to ensure accurate reserve assumptions, methodology, and quarterly adjustments.
- Provide clear explanations and data-backed insights into reserve drivers, changes, and risks.
- Support audits, reviews, and leadership discussions with structured analysis and documentation.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, planning, inventory management, or operations analytics.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and modeling (Excel advanced, SQL, Power BI or similar tools).
- Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations (demand, supply, procurement, inventory, fulfillment).
- Experience working with fulfillment KPIs, inventory analytics, and financial reserves (E&O preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing, high-tech, or complex global supply chain environment.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Familiarity with forecasting, inventory optimization models, and financial planning concepts.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

Pay
Base Salary Range: $64,000.00 - $96,000.00, offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications.
