Job Description
If you are a Supply Chain professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Cudahy, WI location, the Supply Chain Analyst will provide coordination and leadership to design and implement a supply/logistics network which delivers competitive cost and meets quality, speed, and flexibility requirements. In this role, you will develop and implement supplier metrics focused on improving supplier performance regarding lead-time, quality, OTD, and compliance. You will strive to understand cost drivers and supply sources within assigned commodities, and you will represent the supply chain in support of both New Product Development and Sustaining Engineering initiatives.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field (equivalent working experience in commodity management may be considered in lieu of a degree)
- Two (2) or more years of experience in a procurement function or related experience
- Indirect and capital experience preferred
- Requires strong project management, organizational, communication, and data analyzing skills
- Must be self-directed, team-oriented, and able to evaluate and effectively handle multiple priorities
- Outstanding strategic agility and business acumen
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel analysis skills including use of advanced financial functions and pivot tables
Onsite Work Arrangement
This role is based fully onsite, and not eligible for hybrid or remote work opportunities.
