Internship/Co‑Op Overview

Our Johnson and Johnson Supply Chain Internship/Co‑Ops are comprehensive learning and professional experiences in the enterprise‑wide networks at one of the world’s leading health care companies. Your application and area of interest will be used to determine which one of our many exciting positions best fit you. Internship positions are expected to run May 11th, 2027 – Aug 14th, 2027. For Spring co‑op positions, they are expected to start Jan 12th, 2027 – Jul 26th, 2027. Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft and Google Software
• Familiarity with basic statistics concepts/terminology
• Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills, technical skills, and business comprehension
• Ability to balance multiple projects and initiatives while executing results
• Must be a self‑starter, detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and able to work independently with minimal direction
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities

Qualifications

• Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited university is required before start date.
• Currently enrolled at an accredited university and pursuing a degree, with a graduation date not before the contract end date or August 2027.
• Preferred majors include Engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, Chemical, Electrical, Computer/Software), Supply Chain, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Passion for healthcare.
• Demonstrated leadership is preferred.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and maintain organization.
• Ability to work full time (40 hours a week) as well as on site if the position requires it.
• Permanently authorized to work in the U.S.; must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H‑1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future.

Pay

The expected pay range for this position is between $23.50 per hour and $52.50 per hour (based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience).

Schedule

Internship positions: May 11th, 2027 – Aug 14th, 2027. Spring co‑op positions: Jan 12th, 2027 – Jul 26th, 2027. Expected to work full time (40 hours per week) and on site as required.
