Supply Assistant PRN

This position is designated as safety-sensitive and cannot be filled by a candidate who is a current user of medical marijuana. Arkansas Children's is a tobacco-free workplace, and flu vaccines are required.

About the role

Variable days/hours (as needed), Monday through Friday, during the hours of 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. This is a part-time position responsible for restocking, maintaining, filling, and delivering incoming and/or outgoing shipments and supplies to designated areas across the organization, including supply carts, automated supply stations, and nursing stations. The Supply Assistant also fills orders for clinics and walk-in customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the Supply Cart/Warehouse inventory and replenishes items to their par level.
• Organizes signature logs and receiving documentation related to all deliveries and/or returns.
• Ensures stocks are received, stored, and rotated properly, removing out-of-date items per best practices.
• Corrects any discrepancies between station quantity and physical quantity.
• Assists in filling orders for clinics and walk-in customers.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Handles receiving and return processes to ensure proper documentation and timely deliveries or returns.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• No formal education requirements (High school diploma or GED recommended).
• Entry-level position; experience not required.
• May require an Arkansas Driver’s License.

Pay

Most new hires start between $18.30 and $22.80 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
