What You Will Do The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek : Manage and Analyze supplier supplied data including SRI's, or other line stopping issues for top and systemic drivers and help to implement the RRCA Aggregate and Interpret trend indications Utilize analytical capabilities and communications skills to lead a rapid resolution of supplier caused issues impacting the factory, working with quality and cross-functional teams. Support continuous improvement goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) Five (5) years of experience in related Quality, Operations, Engineering or related technical discipline is preferred. Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) tools and processes Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management System Excellent communication skills High computer proficiency, including skills working with SAP and Microsoft Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Six Sigma, Lean and / or American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certification (CQE, CQM/OE, CSQE, CQA, CRE, etc.) a plus Pay Range: $33.65/hour - $36.06/hour Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. Work Requirements This role is considered an on-site position located in Windsor, CT You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Travel Requirements Due to the nature of the work, up to 50% of travel is required. Citizenship Requirements Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
