Supplier Quality Operations Specialist

About the role

The Supplier Quality Operations Specialist is responsible for maintaining global documentation, processes, and systems activities to drive efficiency and improvement in supplier quality data management. This position reports to the Supplier Quality Operations Manager and is part of the Supplier Quality Organization located in Marlborough, MA.

Responsibilities

• Manage compliance of supplier qualification documentation and workflow maintenance such as ISO certifications, registrations, periodic reviews, supplier onboarding, SCR management, etc.
• Maintain global procedures, work instructions, guides, and templates to ensure compliance with quality management system requirements.
• Maintain data analytics including KPI/metric reports, global daily management reports, etc.
• Identify and support implementation of global process and system improvement initiatives to improve user experience across the global supplier quality team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical discipline or equivalent non-technical discipline with experience in data analytics, engineering, or quality assurance.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in supplier quality, quality assurance or similar field.
• Possess strong data analysis skills and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel – 15% travel, overnight, global.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Skills

• Knowledge of applicable standards and regulations (i.e. ISO, CFR, GMP, etc.).
• Data analytics and report development experience (i.e. QlikSense, Power BI, etc.).

Pay

The annual salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $57,500 - $75,000.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
