We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We have: - About the role: The initial paragraph about company and role? The "Position Summary" is basically about the role. So we can have About the role section with that summary. - Responsibilities: The "Key Responsibilities" section with bullet points. - Qualifications: There's a "Qualifications" heading with Required and Preferred. Also there is "Working Conditions and Travel" maybe could be part of Qualifications? But we have separate sections: Skills maybe? The posting includes "Working Conditions and Travel" but not a separate Skills section. We could treat "Working Conditions and Travel" as part of Qualifications or maybe as a separate section like "Working Conditions". But the instruction says use headings only from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we must map content to those headings. Requirements maybe same as Qualifications? Usually Requirements = required qualifications. Qualifications could include both required and preferred. We'll decide: Use Requirements for required qualifications, Qualifications for preferred? Or combine? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can include any of those that have content. We have Pay: The posting says "The pay for this position ranges from $130000 - $155000." So we can include Pay section. Benefits: The posting mentions "We offer a competitive compensation package as well as comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, company-paid life/disability insurance, 401(k) plan, employee stock purchase plan, and generous paid leave." So we can include Benefits. Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. There's no schedule info. So we should not include Schedule. Skills: Not explicitly listed as a separate section; but we could infer from qualifications? However we should not create a Skills section unless posting actually states them. The posting does not have a dedicated "Skills" heading. It mentions abilities like reading engineering drawings, GD&T, etc. Those are qualifications. So we can omit Skills. Requirements: Could be the required qualifications (Bachelor's degree, 7+ years, etc). We'll put that under Requirements. Qualifications: Could be the preferred qualifications (certification, Six Sigma, etc). We'll put that under Qualifications. About the role: The initial paragraphs about company and role summary. Responsibilities: The Key Responsibilities section. Now we need to format with

headings, then content: use

for prose,

  • for lists. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not put Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, application instructions, etc. Also remove "Nearest Major Market: Torrington". Also remove "Date: Sep 10, 2026". Also remove location line? The location is given but maybe we can keep as part of About the role? The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." Location is minor metadata; we could include a short

maybe after About the role? But we could also drop it. Safer to drop location line. We need to preserve all substantive information: company description, position summary, responsibilities, qualifications (required and preferred), pay, benefits, working conditions and travel? Working conditions and travel is substantive; but we don't have a heading for it. Could we fold it into About the role or Responsibilities? Probably better to include a short paragraph under About the role or maybe under Responsibilities? The instruction says we can only use those headings; we cannot add a new heading like Working Conditions. So we need to embed that info somewhere else, maybe in About the role or Responsibilities. Since it's about where the job is based and travel, we could add a paragraph after the position summary under About the role. We must not invent or summarize away detail: we need to keep the details about travel, PPE, etc. Thus About the role section will contain: - Intro about FuelCell Energy redefining power, etc. - Position Summary paragraph. - Working Conditions and Travel paragraph. We need to keep all details: "This position is based at the Torrington facility and combines office work with time on the manufacturing floor and in supplier plants, where personal protective equipment is required. Travel to supplier sites is expected on a regular basis and varies with launch activity and open quality issues." Now Responsibilities: list all bullet points from "Key Responsibilities". Must preserve all details. We'll need to break into

    • items. The responsibilities are long sentences; we can keep each bullet as a
    • with the full sentence. We must not lose any detail: e.g., "Supplier Qualification and Onboarding Lead the technical assessment and approval of new suppliers, including capability reviews, on-site audits, and risk scoring, and issue the approval decision that allows a source to be added to the approved supplier list." etc. We'll need to split each bullet as separate
    • . Ensure we keep the content exactly. Now Requirements: required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, materials science, or a closely related technical field. Seven or more years of quality engineering or supplier quality experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least two years leading people or projects. Demonstrated command of core quality methods: root cause analysis, statistical process control, measurement systems analysis, process capability, and failure mode and effects analysis. Working knowledge of a recognized quality management system standard and of the part approval and control plan disciplines used in regulated or customer-audited industries. Ability to read engineering drawings and apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing to inspection and acceptance decisions. Willingness to travel to domestic and international supplier sites, and to lead difficult conversations with suppliers and internal stakeholders. We'll put each as
    • maybe. Now Qualifications (preferred): Certification as a quality engineer, quality manager, or lead auditor. Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent formal problem-solving credential. Experience developing suppliers in machining, castings, forgings, electronics, or coatings. Experience managing a global supply base, including low-cost-country sourcing. Familiarity with enterprise quality management software and supplier portals. Now Benefits: list: medical, dental, vision, company-paid life/disability insurance, 401(k) plan, employee stock purchase plan, generous paid leave. We could also mention "competitive compensation package". We'll include that as prose. Now Pay: The pay range: $130,000 - $155,000. We'll put as

. Now we must not include Schedule. Now ensure we don't include any boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, drug screen, background check, etc. Those are boilerplate? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we must remove the EEO statements, drug screen, background check, accommodation note, agency submissions, etc. Also remove "We thank all candidates..." etc. Also remove "Nearest Major Market: Torrington". Also remove "Date: Sep 10, 2026". Also remove location line? We'll drop. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft. Structure:

The Supplier Quality Manager owns the quality performance of FCE's external supply base. The role sets the standards suppliers must meet before their parts enter production, verifies that they continue to meet those standards once they do, and drives corrective action when they do not. Working across purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, and the suppliers themselves, the manager is accountable for reducing supplier-caused defects, shortening the time it takes to close quality escapes, and qualifying new sources without introducing risk into the production schedule. Reporting to the Director of Quality and Reliability, this position leads supplier quality engineers and technicians, represents FCE in supplier quality reviews, and serves as the escalation point for supply-base issues that threaten delivery, cost, or customer commitments.

This position is based at the Torrington facility and combines office work with time on the manufacturing floor and in supplier plants, where personal protective equipment is required. Travel to supplier sites is expected on a regular basis and varies with launch activity and open quality issues.

      Responsibilities

      • Supplier Qualification and Onboarding Lead the technical assessment and approval of new suppliers, including capability reviews, on-site audits, and risk scoring, and issue the approval decision that allows a source to be added to the approved supplier list.
      • Define quality requirements in supplier agreements and quality manuals, covering inspection expectations, documentation, change notification, and record retention.
      • Govern the part approval process, reviewing submissions for dimensional results, material certifications, process capability studies, and control plans before granting production approval.
      • Assess and approve supplier requests for process, tooling, material, or location changes before implementation.
      • Supplier Performance Management Own the supplier quality scorecard, tracking defect rates, on-time corrective action closure, first-pass yield, and audit findings, and publish results to purchasing and operations leadership on a defined cadence.
      • Conduct business and quality reviews with strategic suppliers, setting improvement targets and holding suppliers accountable to committed timelines.
      • Identify chronically underperforming suppliers, build the case for development or resourcing, and support purchasing through the transition.
      • Nonconformance and Corrective Action Direct the containment, disposition, and root cause investigation of supplier nonconformances, including incoming inspection rejections, line stoppages, and field escapes.
      • Review supplier corrective action responses for genuine root cause analysis and verifiable, permanent countermeasures, rejecting responses that stop at symptom-level fixes.
      • Verify the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions and close issues only after evidence confirms the defect mode has been eliminated.
      • Manage supplier chargebacks and cost recovery for quality-related sorting, rework, scrap, and premium freight.
      • Advanced Quality Planning and Launch Represent supplier quality on new product development teams, ensuring purchased components are designed, sourced, and validated to meet requirements before launch.
      • Review supplier process flow diagrams, failure mode analyses, and control plans, and confirm that critical characteristics are properly identified and controlled.
      • Lead run-at-rate and capacity verification activities to confirm suppliers can sustain quality at required production volumes.
      • Audits, Compliance, and Systems Plan and execute the annual supplier audit schedule, using risk to prioritize which suppliers are audited and how deeply.
      • Ensure supplier quality processes satisfy applicable quality management system and customer-specific requirements, and support internal, customer, and registrar audits.
      • Maintain accurate supplier quality records and drive the use of quality data systems so that performance reporting is timely and defensible.
      • Leadership and Collaboration Lead, coach, and develop a team of supplier quality engineers and technicians, setting priorities and building technical depth across the group.
      • Partner with purchasing on sourcing decisions, with engineering on specification and print clarity, and with operations on the incoming quality issues that affect the production floor.
      • Manage
