Responsibilities

• Manage supplier corrective action requests
• Manage supplier audits
• Communicate with customers

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of quality assurance and control procedures, concepts, and methodologies
• Plan and develop standards, procedures, and best practices for ensuring product quality
• Able to handle large volumes of work in a fast-paced environment with ability to coordinate multiple competing tasks and demands
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
• Able to interpret an extensive variety of data relating to employment laws
• Able to engage in effective and persuasive discussions on complex topics with top management and other firm personnel
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Able to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Promote a positive customer experience

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in quality engineering or related role
• Supervisory experience, preferred
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, preferred
• Certification in quality methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ), plus

Physical Requirements

• Required to stand; walk and talk or hear
• Frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Occasionally lift and /or move up to 20 pounds

Compensation

Competitive Compensation And Benefits. Actual base pay may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, education, geographic location, and other relevant business considerations. In addition to base pay, the compensation package may include participation in performance-based incentive programs (e.g., discretionary or non-discretionary plans), as well as overtime eligibility depending on the role.
