Supplier Quality Engineer - Intermediate

Job Responsibilities

• Supplier Change Notification (SCN) – manage change impact assessment, internal/external communication, and change implementation
• Material Non-conformance Investigations – manage root cause investigation, risk assessment, and correction activities
• SUPPLIER CORRECTIVE ACTION REPORTS (SCAR) – manage investigation, corrective action, and verification of effectiveness (VOE)
• SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT – manage supplier qualification, new material qualification, and receiving inspection procedure development for new product integration
• SUPPLIER PERFORMANCE MONITORING – support supplier performance monitoring by creating performance scorecards
• SUPPLIER MAINTENANCE – manage continuous improvement and supplier history file accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supplier quality engineering or related field
• Experience with supplier management systems and tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
