Job Responsibilities
- Supplier Change Notification (SCN) – manage change impact assessment, internal/external communication, and change implementation
- Material Non-conformance Investigations – manage root cause investigation, risk assessment, and correction activities
- SUPPLIER CORRECTIVE ACTION REPORTS (SCAR) – manage investigation, corrective action, and verification of effectiveness (VOE)
- SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT – manage supplier qualification, new material qualification, and receiving inspection procedure development for new product integration
- SUPPLIER PERFORMANCE MONITORING – support supplier performance monitoring by creating performance scorecards
- SUPPLIER MAINTENANCE – manage continuous improvement and supplier history file accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supplier quality engineering or related field
- Experience with supplier management systems and tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
