About the role
We are seeking a professional to evaluate and support New Model project activities, focusing on supplier part and process maturation to meet project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Review supplier processes such as FMEA, PQCT, and MQS
- Prepare part conformance approvals
- Provide technical support during tool trials and crisis situations
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality and tooling issues
- Evaluate initial part conformance through testing
- Ensure supplier capacity planning aligns with production demands
- Develop and support departmental projects and improvement initiatives
- Support during trial builds and production support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant experience
- 0‑6 years of experience
Skills
- Measurement systems (GD&T, DNT)
- Stamping and welding
- CAD software (CATIA)
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools
- Ability to learn new technologies
