Location: West Point, PA (hybrid). Duration: 12-month contract assignment with potential to extend or convert based on performance and budget.
Responsibilities
- Execute supplier change notifications and coordinate the associated change management activities.
- Assess the impact of supplier changes and communicate findings to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Update site systems and documentation to reflect approved changes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing areas, occasionally taking the lead on technical activities.
- Anticipate and evaluate customer needs to identify and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support departmental performance and project objectives.
- Manage priorities, schedules, and deliverables with minimal supervision.
- Provide status updates and reports as needed to ensure technical accuracy and timely completion of assigned work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Materials Science required; an engineering degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 1.5 years of change controls experience.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
- Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with validation, deviations, and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA).
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with systems such as Veeva Vault and SAP.
Pay
$45-$50/hr
