What You’ll Do
- Lead supplier audits and quality assessments to ensure compliance with standards and requirements
- Manage supplier corrective actions and drive long-term resolution of quality issues
- Partner with suppliers and internal teams to improve material quality and reduce operational risk
- Analyze supplier quality data, trends, and performance metrics using reporting tools and dashboards
- Support First Article Inspection (FAI), Control Plans, and Gauge R&R activities
- Develop and maintain supplier quality documentation and reporting processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Support automation and inspection technology initiatives to improve quality and traceability
- Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Operations, IT, and Quality teams to support business objectives
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in quality, process engineering, or manufacturing engineering
- Experience with supplier audits, SCAR management, and root cause analysis
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 or equivalent quality systems
- Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and quality reporting tools
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Likely to have Lean or Six Sigma certification
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) communication skills are a plus
