What You’ll Do

  • Lead supplier audits and quality assessments to ensure compliance with standards and requirements
  • Manage supplier corrective actions and drive long-term resolution of quality issues
  • Partner with suppliers and internal teams to improve material quality and reduce operational risk
  • Analyze supplier quality data, trends, and performance metrics using reporting tools and dashboards
  • Support First Article Inspection (FAI), Control Plans, and Gauge R&R activities
  • Develop and maintain supplier quality documentation and reporting processes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Support automation and inspection technology initiatives to improve quality and traceability
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Operations, IT, and Quality teams to support business objectives

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in quality, process engineering, or manufacturing engineering
  • Experience with supplier audits, SCAR management, and root cause analysis
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001 or equivalent quality systems
  • Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and quality reporting tools
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Likely to have Lean or Six Sigma certification
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) communication skills are a plus
