Responsibilities
- Inspect products
- Analyze nonconformances
- Issue corrective action requests
- Qualify new products and suppliers
Requirements
- General knowledge of mechanical and electrical product designs and concepts
- Data analysis experience
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement correction actions
- Ability to use measurement tools to verify specifications
- Effective risk assessment skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Adequate driving record
- Willingness to travel at least 50% to various jobsites within North America, as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to move between projects as priorities change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple competing tasks and demands
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, preferred
- Certification in quality methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ), a plus
Physical Requirements
- Required to stand; walk and talk or hear
- Frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms
- Frequent climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds

Compensation
Starting Compensation Range: $89,000 - $115,000 per year
