Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support Manufacturing Groups through improvement activities with Suppliers
- New Products Initial Control including AIAG and customer requirements, process inspection set-up, confirm product requirements against drawings and relevant standards
- Support supplier quality metrics (Internal & External)
- Support packing requirements and approvals for incoming goods
- Feed back supplier quality information at appropriate intervals
- Support coordination with internal groups for requirements related to New Launch, PCR, or any other relevant activity
- Create and document records of results
- Create quality plan and manage suppliers during PPAP Process
- Manage supplier RMA activity
- Plan, implement, review and approve supplier change
- Create Standard work and instructions as needed
- Support cross functional PFMEA activity
- Assure incoming components are qualified and correct, including the receiving inspection area
- Work with cross functional team to understand in-process problems & subcomponent trouble
- Preparation of Management review material (Weekly, Monthly, ect.)
- Support supplier process audits through Purchasing to determine risks and improve
- Support Customer returns or current line investigations with other Quality groups
- Help maintain IATF16949 and ISO 14001 registration
- Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards
- Will perform other reasonably related tasks within the Company as required by Management

- Understanding and application of AIAG Core Tools to relevant processes
- Measurement using an variety of electronic and dimensional gauges, and implement statistical control

Qualifications, Education & Experience Required
- Bachelor of science 4+ year degree (BSC or BEng) in engineering or engineering technology issued from a H.L.C. and A.B.E.T. accreditation is required.
- Accepted Engineering or Engineering Technology degrees: Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Control, Computer engineering, Electro-mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive, Mechatronics, Robotics engineering, and Systems.
- 1-5 years experience in Quality preferred
- Valid passport or ability to obtain a valid passport
