We are seeking a Tactical Quality Engineer specializing in Supplier Quality to join our team at Tractor Operations. This role involves ensuring the quality of supplier materials and components, working closely with factory operations, and maintaining high standards of quality control.
Responsibilities
- Work onsite in a factory environment, spending approximately 80% of the time on the shop floor.
- Engage in problem-solving and decision-making to address quality issues.
- Communicate effectively with team members and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
- Complete necessary safety training to operate a company-owned Gator for intra-factory transport.
- May drive personal vehicle to other facilities within a 20-mile radius as needed.
Qualifications
- Degree in Technology, Engineering, Communications, Business, Computer Science, and/or Data Analytics.
- Open to recent graduates with relevant manufacturing internships.
- Must be comfortable in a factory environment and willing to travel occasionally within the facility.

Pay
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $35.81/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law.
