Job Responsibilities

• Plans, supports and implements supplier development programs to identify risk and improve quality of purchased products.
• Evaluates, selects and develops supply base and assesses new supplier technology to obtain maximum quality and productivity levels.
• Formulates and/or assists creating internal/external supplier development control policies and procedures, and development of quality standards.
• Ensures suppliers are compliant to corporate quality standards.
• Serves as a technical liaison and coordinates activity of internal and external resources.
• Serves as a resource by providing a problem-solving function by
