This role is based at Bell’s Fort Worth, TX headquarters and requires up to 50% travel to support supplier quality activities.

  • Drive supplier Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities and provide data and input for CAB I and CAB II (Corrective Action Board) meetings.
  • Cross-train and share expertise with team members while continuously developing your own knowledge through research, training, education, and collaboration with SMEs to deepen understanding of manufacturing technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Supplier Quality Assurance with a strong technical background in inspection methods, process control, improvement techniques, metrology/calibration for audits, and measurement system analysis.
  • Solid knowledge and experience working with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, mostly domestic but with potential for slight international travel.
  • Demonstrated disciplined project execution skills (initiating, planning, executing, controlling, closing) with deliverables reviewed for technical soundness.
  • Advanced root-cause problem-solving abilities and the ability to apply engineering design/analysis to evaluate discrepancies and anomalies.
  • Solid business and supply chain knowledge, including current policies, practices, trends, and marketplace dynamics, with the ability to recommend future policies and improvements.
  • Intermediate knowledge of manufacturing technologies.
