Supplier Quality Associate Manager
Basic Qualifications
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Related degree at the Bachelor level or above or equivalent combined education/experience
- Demonstrated ability of partnering abilities, working with cross-functional teams and external customers
- Experience interfacing with Manufacturing & Supplier Quality, Supply Chain and Program Leadership, Operations and/or Engineering
- Experience capturing, aggregate, analyzing, and presenting data
- Experience with problem solving techniques, tools and methodologies, such as root cause corrective action (RCCA)
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans

THE WORK
As a Supplier Quality Engineering Associate Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Supplier Quality Engineers in proactive management of S4R supply base. The Quality leader will be responsible for shaping proactive strategies and enacting initiatives aimed at reducing the risk and impact of supplier caused disruptions due to quality escapes from our supplier base. In addition, this role will serve as a single point of contact for Program Management, Subcontract Management, and Operations leadership on Supplier Quality efforts and updates tied to the selected programs. The selected leader will analyze supplier performance trends for the associated programs and will assign resources to improve performance as necessary. The selected leader will ensure all associated stakeholders receive regular communications as to the progress of program impactful investigations and improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Requirements
Understanding of Supplier Management
Understanding of AS9100 and ISO9001 Quality Management Systems
Qualifications
Effective communication skills, i.e., written, oral, listening and technical writing
Effective interpersonal skills, including team building and collaboration
Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Demonstrated presentation skills
Knowledge of GD&T
