Supplier Program Manager
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the selection and performance of suppliers providing hardware and technical services.
- Review technical specifications and Statements of Work (SOW) to ensure suppliers understand project requirements.
- Monitor supplier milestones and delivery dates to maintain program timelines.
- Identify potential delays in the supply chain and manage and report impacts to program leadership.
- Serve as the point of contact between internal teams and external vendors.
- Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience combining a technical background with supplier or program management.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with government contracting and FAR/DFARS regulations, familiarity with aerospace and defense industry standards, Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience, Understanding of manufacturing processes and fabrication workflows, Proficiency in managing project schedules, budgets, and professional communications, Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
- Additional Information:
- This position requires 20–30% travel for site visits, supplier audits, and business reviews with surge support up to 50% as required.
