Supplier Performance Agent
About the role
We are looking for a Quality Analyst – SQM Agent to drive supplier performance and enable long-term quality transformation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze quality data to anticipate risks and prevent issues
- Maintain a clear end-to-end view of supplier performance
- Lead structured supplier performance reviews
- Drive supplier improvement plans (QIP), RSA, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strengthen supplier capabilities and foster a proactive quality culture
Requirements
- A minimum of ten (10) years experience
Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Strong experience in supplier quality, audits, or APQP
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset
- Solid knowledge of quality systems, audits, and performance management
- Excellent communicator with strong influencing skills
- Proactive and oriented toward continuous improvement and long-term impact
