Responsibilities
- Lead daily supplier onboarding operations across multiple regions, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processing.
- Oversee a team supporting supplier onboarding, supplier record maintenance, payment enablement, and lifecycle activities.
- Serve as the main escalation point for complex onboarding issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve them.
- Monitor workload, capacity, service levels, and operational performance to support consistent delivery and continuous improvement.
- Guide supplier due diligence activities, including tax documentation, sanctions screening, supplier verification, and payment setup requirements.
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, Tax, Treasury, Security, and third-party risk teams to align onboarding practices with policies and requirements.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready supplier documentation and support audit-related requests as needed.
- Oversee supplier master data controls and payment setup activities, including banking verification, payment method configuration, and tax validation.
- Work with Accounts Payable and Treasury to strengthen payment readiness while helping reduce operational and fraud risk.
- Create and maintain SOPs, training materials, reporting, and operational documentation to support team effectiveness.
- Coach and support team members while fostering accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in supplier onboarding, procurement operations, accounts payable, shared services, or supplier management.
- 1+ years of leadership experience managing or guiding operational teams.
- Strong understanding of supplier onboarding, supplier master data, tax documentation, payment setup, and procure-to-pay processes.
- Experience working with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, Tax, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, and Risk partners.
- Ability to manage performance through KPIs, SLAs, quality metrics, and continuous improvement practices.
- Working knowledge of operational controls, audit readiness, and supplier data governance.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead through ambiguity, influence across teams, and build scalable processes.
- Experience using procurement orchestration platforms, ERP systems, supplier onboarding tools, or workflow automation solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience supporting process improvement or technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
- Experience developing dashboards or reporting for operational performance and compliance tracking.
- Familiarity with supplier onboarding standard operating procedures and training program development.

Benefits
The pay range for this role is $24 - $55 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
