Supplier Management Sr Specialist (Contractor – L4)

About the role

We are seeking a Supplier Management Senior Specialist to oversee the onboarding and activation of suppliers. Key responsibilities include creating a streamlined onboarding process, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and leveraging AI tools for efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier onboarding processes in a high-volume environment
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of supplier records
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams
• Review and verify onboarding requests for completeness and correctness
• Utilize AI tools to enhance operational workflows
• Identify and resolve duplicate or conflicting supplier records
• Organize and track onboarding requests, manage aging items, and ensure timely completion

Requirements

• Proven experience managing supplier onboarding processes
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and validation
• Excellent communication skills for interactions with suppliers and internal teams
• Proficiency in using AI tools and automation
• Solid understanding of procurement policies, supplier documentation, and compliance standards
• Strong organizational skills to manage onboarding requests and aging items

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in supplier onboarding, data management, or procurement support roles
