Supplier Enablement Analyst

Qualifications

• Minimum college degree
• 2-3 years business experience
• Good communication skills – needs to be able to work on phone with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Analytical approach to data
• Able to work with limited direct supervision; work to an agreed project plan.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
• Computer literate

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of supplier enablement, technical interactions and communication as it relates to BuySmart for all regions.
• Run reports, analyze trends and liaise with sourcing and process teams to ensure that optimal use is made of the BuySmart platform as it relates to suppliers.
• Track actual purchased by enrolled supplier, report out to sourcing teams, identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage enrolment, support post enrolment questions and concerns, and monitor trends for CI.
