SUPPLEMENTAL ONLY- BOYS LACROSSE (HEAD COACH)

Location: J.P. Taravella High School, Coral Springs

Responsibilities

• Impart knowledge of the sport to participants.
• Ensure compliance with Florida State Statutes and school district policies.

Requirements

• Standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of an approved General Educational Development (GED) Testing Program.
• For Head Coach: Valid Florida Educator Certificate or Athletic Coaching Certificate from the Florida Department of Education.
• Knowledge of the sport and ability to teach it effectively.
• Computer skills as required for the position.

Pay

Compensation follows the district’s new-hire teacher salary schedule for Head Coaches and the hourly rate schedule for Classroom Monitors for Assistant Coaches.
