Supplemental Neurohospitalist

About the role

The neurohospitalist will provide consult service for all neurology patients and night call via telemedicine at Legacy Medical Group Neurology's stroke centers and outpatient practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide consult service for all neurology patients
• Perform night call via telemedicine
• Based primarily at Good Samaritan Hospital in Portland, OR
• May consider other sub-specialties for exceptional candidates

Requirements

• Graduate of a four-year accredited U.S. Medical School or the equivalent
• Satisfactory completion of an accredited residency in Neurology
• Experience with or interest in telemedicine desirable
• Licensed to practice medicine in the applicable state
• BLS certification (ACLS may substitute for BLS)

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Neurology
