Requirements
- Experience in supplemental claims processing
- Strong analytical abilities
- A commitment to delivering accurate and empathetic service
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in supplemental claims processing
- Previous experience with medical billing or CPT coding
- Ability to analyze complex information, interpret policy details, and make well-informed claim decisions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience collaborating with employers, brokers, third-party administrators (TPAs), and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with continuous improvement practices or customer experience-focused processes
- Strong adaptability, initiative, resilience, and ability to manage changing priorities
- A proactive mindset focused on improving processes and achieving quality outcomes
