Supplement-Assistant Boys Soccer Coach

About the role

This position is a salary-supplemented role available under Teacher Contract Article 16.05. The position must first be offered to teachers before other regularly employed district personnel may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional support and leadership in assigned subject areas
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to implement curriculum and assessment strategies
• Develop and deliver professional development sessions for staff
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and student outcomes

Requirements

• Current teaching license in the relevant subject area
• Minimum of three years of successful teaching experience
• Demonstrated expertise in the content area
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work flexibly across multiple grade levels or school sites as assigned

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education or related field preferred
• Experience with data-driven instruction and response-to-intervention models
• Background in curriculum development or instructional coaching
• Bilingual proficiency is an asset
