OTHRFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections for duties, responsibilities, requirements, qualifications, benefits, pay, schedule etc. Only include sections that have real content. From posting: Duties (list). There's also "Work Schedule" info: Full time, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Hours to be determined by hiring office. Compressed/Flexible: Hours to be determined by hiring office. Telework: situational only etc. So schedule details exist. Should we include a Schedule section? Yes, schedule is present. Benefits? Not mentioned. Pay? Not mentioned. So only sections: Duties (maybe as Responsibilities?), Requirements (conditions of employment?), Qualifications (education, experience). Also maybe "Work Schedule" as Schedule. We need headings:

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use appropriate heading names. We have Duties (could be Responsibilities). We'll use

Responsibilities

for duties list. Then

Requirements

for conditions of employment (probation, citizenship, etc). Then

Qualifications

for education, experience, etc. Then

Schedule

for work schedule details. We must not repeat job title. No metadata like Position Description/PD#, etc. Should we include that? It's minor metadata; we can drop or fold into short p. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we could include a short p for Position Description/PD# maybe but better to drop as it's minor. We'll drop. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all duties listed, all requirements (conditions of employment), all qualifications details (basic requirements, specialized experience, etc), and schedule details. We must use

  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Thus for Responsibilities: we need a list of duties. The duties are a paragraph with many sentences separated by periods. We need to break into list items? The instruction: use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. The duties are enumerated but not explicitly bullet list. We can treat each sentence as a list item. Must preserve all substantive information; we can split into items. Similarly for Requirements: conditions of employment (probationary period, citizenship, etc). Also maybe physical requirements etc. We'll list each requirement as li. Qualifications: includes basic requirements (education, internship, experience), specialized experience, etc. We'll list each requirement as li. Schedule: we have prose about work schedule, compressed/flexible, telework, virtual. We'll put as

maybe with details. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Let's extract duties text: "Duties Duties are divided between counseling duties and case management which include the following, but are not limited to: Supervises Veteran Readiness and Employment (VR&E) staff at out-based locations and within the Regional Office. The AVREO is responsible for the administration and workflow of the VR&E Division program.Facilitates operations with major public and private universities, community colleges, and vocational/technical institutes in the state to resolve training issues. Works closely with division teams in planning, designing, and carrying out programs, projects, studies, or other work to support the mission.Serves as a technical representative in developing, awarding, implementing, and evaluating contracts to provide professional counseling, evaluation, case management, employment, and traumatic brain injury (TBI) services. Assists the VR&E Officer by providing professional and technical expertise in all phases of rehabilitation activities, including counseling, case management, rehabilitation plan development, and job development and placement." We need to split into sensible list items. Each sentence ends with period. We'll create li for each sentence. Now Requirements (conditions of employment): Paragraph: "Conditions of employment Required As a condition of employment for accepting this position, you will be required to serve a 1-year probationary period (OR INSERT "2-year trial period") during which we will evaluate your fitness and whether your continued employment advances the public interest. We need to extract each distinct requirement: - Serve a 1-year probationary period (or 2-year trial period) during which fitness evaluated. - Evaluation criteria: performance and conduct; needs and interests of agency; whether continued employment advances organizational goals; whether advances efficiency of Federal service. - Upon completion, employment terminated unless certification that continued employment advances public interest. - Must be a U.S. Citizen. - Physical requirements: none inherent; can be performed with accommodation; no pre-placement physical exam required. - Subject to background/security investigation. - Selected applicants must complete online onboarding process. - Acceptable ID required for pre-employment; effective May 7, 2025, driver's licenses or state-issued ID not REAL ID compliant cannot be used. - Also mention 1-year supervisory probationary period (duplicate).
