About the role
You will serve as a Supervisory Training Specialist in the Production Resources Department (900), Production Workforce Development and Resource Manager (900B), Consolidated Training Division (900T), Nuclear Training Branch (900T.4) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.
Qualifications
- At least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Comprehensive practical knowledge of education and training principles, techniques, and practices.
- Detailed knowledge of the established work processes and procedures of the various production trades.
- Organizational directives of the shipyard.
- The principles, theories, techniques, and methodologies of nuclear propulsion plant processes.
