SUPERVISORY TELECOMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST

About the role

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY TELECOMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST in the WOLF RAPID CAPABILITY ENGRG GROUP, RAPID CAPABILITY SOLUTIONS DEPT of NAWCAD WEBSTER OUTLYING FIELD.

Responsibilities

• Interview candidates and recommend selections, promotions, or reassignments.
• Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues, elevating more serious matters when appropriate.
• Identify employee development needs and arrange training opportunities to strengthen technical and program management capabilities.
• Improve productivity and enhance the quality of work across the team.
• Assess employee performance and apply performance standards fairly and consistently.
• Provide technical direction and leadership to a multidisciplinary team supporting telecommunications work.
• Plan, develop, implement, test, and manage telecommunications projects, including balancing requirements, schedules, funding, and resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop telecommunications solutions, ensure projects are properly resourced, and support employee development and growth.

Pay

Salary range: $121,785 – $187,093 per year.
