SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER

Supervisory Program Manager position within the Naval Test Wing Atlantic Integrated Flight Test and Evaluation Department, Rotary Wing Test and Evaluation Division, RW Threat Defense Branch.

Responsibilities

• Lead Test and Evaluation (T and E) acquisition coordination, planning, resource utilization, and design of experiments and tests using an integrated developmental/operational testing concept.
• Design, coordinate, and execute test and experiments.
• Serve as liaison with NAVAIRSYSCOM, other DoD activities, operational squadrons, and original equipment manufacturers.
• Provide technical direction and guidance for planning, designing, directing, coordinating, conducting, and reporting all assigned Test and Evaluation work.
• Assign work to subordinates based on priorities, difficulty of assignments, and employee capabilities.
• Advise, counsel, or instruct employees on work and administrative matters within the Test and Evaluation field.
• Identify critical program test elements, translate engineering test requirements into test plans, conduct tests, analyze test data, and report results.
• Review all test plans, reports, and official correspondence for projects originating within the branch or as agreed with the Division Head.
• Ensure application of systems principles, efficient use of test resources, completion of technical tasks, technical accuracy, and adherence to policies.
• Apply workload management oversight to ensure timely completion of assignments and documents.

Pay

Salary range: $121,785 – $187,093 per year. If selected, salary will be set according to established control points equivalent to GS-13, Step 10 ($121,785 – $158,322).
