SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST

About the role

You will serve as the Branch Head of the Product Development Branch (EB32200) within the Airborne Instrumentation Division of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.

Responsibilities

• Direct the programmatic oversight, resource allocation, and milestone tracking for the fabrication, assembly, and testing of complex engineering prototypes.
• Optimize technical workflows, establish production schedules, and analyze operational metrics to ensure program deliverables meet cost and schedule constraints.
• Provide strategic direction, technical mentorship, and performance-driven leadership to a multidisciplinary team of technical and program professionals.
• Manage full-spectrum supervisory duties, including executing personnel actions, evaluating performance, resolving grievances, and administering labor relations.
• Analyze branch training metrics, identify skill gaps, and formulate professional development plans to sustain long-term operational capabilities.

Pay

Minimum salary: $124,085
Maximum salary: $190,627
