We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate. Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Must only include sections when there is real content. We need to parse the posting. Content: Summary: "Serves as the Assistant Chief Engineer - supporting all engineering programs at a VA Medical Center. Oversees maintenance - utilities - safety - energy management - construction - and capital planning. Provides technical leadership - ensures regulatory compliance - manages personnel and budgets - and integrates engineering operations into the medical center's mission." That's about the role. Qualifications: includes Basic Requirements (citizenship, English, education, etc.), Grade Determinations (GS-13 level: experience, KSAs), Preferred Experience, Reference, Physical Requirements (see directive), etc. Duties: long list. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm Telework: Ad Hoc Recruitment/Relocation Incentives (Sign-on Bonus): Not Authorized Virtual: This is not a virtual position Functional Statement #: 000000 Permanent Change of Station (PCS): Not Authorized We need sections: About the role (summary), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (basic requirements?), Qualifications (maybe combine?), Skills (KSAs), Benefits (none? maybe not), Pay (none), Schedule (work schedule). We must not create sections with placeholder content. So we need to see if there is actual content for Benefits, Pay. The posting does not mention benefits or pay. So we should NOT include Benefits or Pay sections. Schedule: we have work schedule details: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm Telework: Ad Hoc. That's specific content, so include Schedule section. Requirements: we have basic requirements (citizenship, English, education). Also grade determinations (experience, KSAs). Might be better to split: Requirements (basic eligibility) and Qualifications (KSAs, preferred experience). But the instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have Requirements and Qualifications separate. We need to decide what goes where. Requirements likely: basic eligibility (citizenship, English, education). Qualifications: maybe the grade determinations (experience, KSAs) and preferred experience. Skills: maybe the KSAs? But KSAs are knowledge, skills, abilities. Could be placed under Skills. However we have also a Skills heading. The posting includes "Knowledge - Skills and Abilities (KSAs):" list. That could go under Skills. But we also have a Qualifications heading for experience and preferred experience. Let's map: - About the role: summary paragraph. - Responsibilities: duties list. - Requirements: basic requirements (citizenship, English, education, foreign education). Possibly also include "Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met." That's a requirement note. - Qualifications: grade determinations (experience requirement: one year experience equivalent to GS-12) and maybe also reference to full performance level GS-13. Could also include "Preferred Experience:" bullet. - Skills: the KSAs list (knowledge, skills, abilities). Could also include "Effective communication - collaboration with hospital leadership - and leadership during emergencies are highly desired" (that's under Preferred Experience). Might be part of Skills. - Benefits: none -> omit. - Pay: none -> omit. - Schedule: work schedule details. We must not include headings with empty content. So we will output:
