Essential Job Responsibilities

• Ensure all employees adhere to the company safety policy.
• Execute transactions within the ERP system to support Shipping, Receiving, Production and Inventory Management activities.
• Direct workforce to ensure daily productivity goals are achieved.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency of activities.
• Daily communication with Production Management/Human Resources regarding attendance.
• Daily communication with Operations Team to receive priorities and planned work.
• Training of new employees

Work Environment

• Exposure to harsh conditions such as dust, fumes, noise, and varying temperatures for short periods of time.
• Required to demonstrate continued knowledge of Haz/Com regulations and requirements.
