Responsibilities
- Aid in managing valet operations within contractual guidelines.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering good client relations.
- Assist customers in and out of their vehicle safely and professionally.
- Drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles.
- Hire, train, and coach an excellent valet team.
- Create and implement a successful staging plan.
- Quickly distinguish vehicle make and models; possess a general knowledge of vehicle operations.
- Substitute for any position, if necessary.
- Complete other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 months related experience or training.
- Valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift) may be required depending on the location.
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Physical Demands
- Frequently sits, stands, walks, uses hands and fingers, handles or feels objects, talks, and lifts/carry up to 25 pounds.
- Occasionally climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, or crouches.
- Uses stairs and elevators.
