Supervisor, Valet Operations

Responsibilities

• Aid in managing valet operations within contractual guidelines.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering good client relations.
• Assist customers in and out of their vehicle safely and professionally.
• Drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles.
• Hire, train, and coach an excellent valet team.
• Create and implement a successful staging plan.
• Quickly distinguish vehicle make and models; possess a general knowledge of vehicle operations.
• Substitute for any position, if necessary.
• Complete other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 months related experience or training.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift) may be required depending on the location.
• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Physical Demands

• Frequently sits, stands, walks, uses hands and fingers, handles or feels objects, talks, and lifts/carry up to 25 pounds.
• Occasionally climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, or crouches.
• Uses stairs and elevators.
