The Telecommunication Supervisor

The Telecommunication Supervisor oversees daily operations of the Telecommunications Operators and Guest Services teams. This role participates in hiring decisions, manages performance and disciplinary actions, and ensures staff adherence to departmental standards.

• Maintains equipment schedules
• Prepares operational reports to support departmental efficiency
• Provides reporting for other departments as needed
• Reviews and approves departmental invoices

Education & Experience

• Required: GED or High School diploma
• Experience: 4 to 5 years of supervisory experience

Department Specific

1st shift but may have to work other shifts to support staff and department needs.
