Supervisor Telecom Aerial

What you’ll do

• Aid in the development and implementation of projects and plans aligning with the organization’s strategic goals
• Oversee daily operations and project teams, ensuring project progress meets established objectives
• Monitor and manage project budgets, providing regular variance reports
• Identify and address project issues and risks, developing and implementing corrective action plans
• Stay informed about current and future business objectives and operational challenges
• Supervise team members to ensure accurate, ethical, consistent, and compliant construction activities

What you’ll need

• At least 2 years of telecommunications construction experience or relevant field experience
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field, or advanced training in the field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Microstation drafting software
• Working knowledge of Geographic Information Systems
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite or related applications
• One or more years of personnel and functional leadership experience, or project management experience
