Essential Job Functions

• Maintains the integrity of assigned games and personnel.
• Makes sure all assigned gaming areas are monitored and supervised.
• Verifies counts and inspects card decks before play.
• Tracks and records player transactions and ensures security.
• Serves as a first point of contact for guests and resolves issues.
• Monitors and corrects suspicious activities according to policy.
• Ensures compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of related experience.
• One year of multi-game dealing experience.
• Knowledge of table games math, procedures, and game protection.
• Experience with at least two table games, including blackjack, craps, roulette, and specialty games.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on guest service and team member relations.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work in a noisy, smoky environment.
