By supporting technologists, collaborating with radiologists, and upholding regulatory standards, the supervisor strengthens clinical excellence and creates a reliable, patient-centered environment for our patients and communities we serve.

• Supports staff in overseeing daily operations of the ultrasound section, including supervising and scheduling staff, coordinating workflow, and ensuring consistent coverage for all patient populations.
• Maintains equipment performance, manages maintenance needs, and ensures supply readiness in all procedure rooms.
• Leads competency reviews, training, protocol updates, and student education while ensuring compliance with Joint Commission and other regulatory standards.
• Gathers and interprets performance data, drives quality improvement initiatives, and documents adverse events.
• Additional responsibilities include payroll oversight, occasional travel to other MLH sites, and participation in on-call rotations when required.
