Supervisor Service Operations - Membership
About the role
The Supervisor Service Operations in Membership supervises Membership operations, develops procedures in support of operational effectiveness, customer service goals and objectives, and supports initiatives to increase provider and member satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Supports initiatives to increase provider and member satisfaction
- Analyzes key performance metrics to identify areas in need of training and growth opportunity
- Identifies potential workflow improvements
- Maintains prompt and accurate communication with group administrators, members, and internal customers
- Ensures quality and concise written/verbal replies regarding membership, eligibility, and accounts receivable situations
- Ensures effective workflows and schedule adherence
- Maximizes system efficiencies
- Maintains prompt and accurate communication with group administrators, members, and internal customers
- Ensures quality performance measures are confirmed
- Confirms appropriate completion of work assignments
- Provides day-to-day oversight
- Ensures deliverables to CMS are timely and accurate
- Participates in process improvement initiatives and implements outcomes
- Develops and maintains departmental policies and procedures
- Participates in skills and compliance training, coaching and motivation of employees including career path development
- Selects, develops, mentors and assesses performance of staff
- May participate in goal setting process for the unit and/or department
- May participate in internal/external audits
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
Experience: 5 years’ prior relevant experience
Education: None specifically required, though Associate or Bachelor degree appreciated
Qualifications

Pay
A good faith estimate of the current pay range is $66,353 - $92,894. The position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus (variable depending on company and employee performance).
Schedule
On-site position in Meridian, Idaho location.
