About the role

MEININGER Hotel Salzburg City Center offers a full‑time position as Supervisor Reception (w/m/d). MEININGER Hotels redefine hybrid hospitality, operating more than 37 hotels in Europe’s most popular cities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a smooth reception operation and guarantee excellent customer service
• Responsible for operational and administrative tasks: billing, time tracking, online reputation management, quality checks
• Act as a warm host, providing guests with a unique stay
• Ensure compliance with MEININGER quality standards at the reception
• Lead all reception staff in close cooperation with the Assistant Hotel Manager
• Enjoy working in a diverse environment and be flexible regarding changing working times, e.g. weekends, weekdays, day and night shifts

Requirements

• Experience as a shift leader at the reception or at least 2 years of work experience as a receptionist in hospitality, ready to take on a new exciting challenge
• Open‑minded personality who enjoys working in a dynamic environment with a varied range of tasks
• Committed and helpful person who enjoys giving guests an unforgettable stay
• Team player, enthusiastic about leading and developing team members
• Knowledge of a reservation system (e.g. ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT) or ability to learn quickly
• German (at least solid B1‑B2 level) and English; additional foreign languages are an advantage
