About the role
Oversee/supervise a team of distribution processors, as well as various other projects. Help foster a cohesive team by directing workflow, supporting strong communication and displaying proper judgement and leadership to ensure timely execution of distributions. Work with manager to implement consistent policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Distribution team to ensure team standards are met.
- Be an active resource for the team, by understanding all team functions and responsibilities, assisting when and where needed.
- Manage the employee life cycle, including interviewing, hiring, and training staff; conduct regular performance reviews; plan and participate in team meetings, employee appreciation, and team events.
- Provide coaching, development, and support to team to ensure timely and accurate execution of daily functions, while meeting regulatory compliance.
- Continually improve processes that enhance the client experience and build scale, assisting with planning, development, and implementation.
- Provide quality, accurate and timely responses to escalated inquiries from external and internal clients, maintain positive working relationships and open lines of communication.
- Aid and/or lead any system upgrades, conversion, acquisition, deconversion, and projects that affect the area.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of extensive recordkeeping/trust experience in operations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or related experience in the financial industry.
- Proven leadership, management and direct supervisory skills with ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative, team orientated environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving orientation and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and ability to accept, support and implement continuous change.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize workflow of self and others and coordinate activity as an effective team member to meet deadlines and make effective decisions under pressure.
- Strong passion for internal and external client satisfaction, creative and consistently maintains a positive attitude.
Qualifications

Pay
Base pay range: $55,000 - $62,000 annually.
