Supervisor - Retail Store

About the role

As a Retail Supervisor, you will serve as the face of the store, guiding customers and leading your team to deliver exceptional service while supporting store goals and embodying Nike’s service principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service
• Create an inclusive, engaging shopping experience
• Support store operations including shipping, receiving, and merchandising
• Operate registers, manage stock, and maintain visual displays
• Participate in store events and team activities
• Maintain a professional, reliable, and friendly demeanor
• Ensure a welcoming environment and foster a positive team culture

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Preferred retail or consumer service experience
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong customer service skills, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
• Ability to learn product knowledge and operate store equipment, including cash registers
• Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, and climb as needed (accommodations available if applicable)
